Order Processing Procedure:

• Requests for quotation are reviewed to ensure specifications and delivery requirements can be met as requested. All questions or issues arising during the review process will be resolved with the customer before continuing. Once all reviews are complete, a quote will be documented, and the customer notified verbally or in writing.
• Upon receipt of the order, the order requirements are compared to the quotation. Any discrepancies will be resolved with the customer prior to acceptance of the order.
• Once an order is accepted, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer (upon request), and an order traveler will be produced, reviewed for completeness, compared against the order for accuracy, then forwarded to the appropriate department for processing.
• Upon completion of the order, all documentation relating to the quote, order processing and shipping will be maintained on file for historical reference.
