Exact Machine has machining capabilities up to 108" x 82". Larger components can also be machined depending on part configuration. Dual 5-Ton cranes facilitate the moving of components through the various production operations.

Our Quality Control and Gageing System is designed around the MIL-I-45208 Inspection System Standard. Your precision machining project is in capable hands at Exact Machine Company.

The tooling presetter has the capacity of 24" diameter by 24"length. We employ both modular and conventional tooling systems, and machine both steel fabrications and steel and iron castings. ARC and TIG welding are used for repairs on defective material upon customer approval.

Providing prototype, custom and production machining with the option of quoting your fabrications as machined complete, or machined with your material makes us the preferred vendor for many of our customers.

Exact Machine Company machines gear, transfer, axle and transmission housings, as well as reducer housings. We also machine autoclave door rings from forgings with machined (not welded) lugs.
